umm…January is almost over, but it’s not too late to start.

Everyone starts going to the gym in January. Most people have new year resolution that only last till end of January. I have still to begin my resolution.

January is like my trial month to test all the things that I will begin doing whether it is a strict gym schedule for two months, or I want to start reading a book a month…etc

I now start everything in February. its a short month, well, every 4 years. but mentally it seems more reachable than 31 days. hahaha

There was a year where I did a vision board every month of what aesthetics I am going for. What I feel like doing. but that’s all I did. it was just a vision.

My goals for Feb is simple:

  • gym
  • a balanced diet
  • more walks with the doggies
  • more movement
  • pickleball
  • make more videos of the last few months of being in my 20s
  • record what I do and what I like here

Who knows? maybe I will do a 5k then a half marathon in the next few months.
